16 Inches Front Wheel Travel

This is the component picture of Autofab's F150 and Bronco 16" front wheel travel kit. This is intended for 1980 to 1996 model 4WD Broncos and F150's.

2- 2.5 inch shocks per wheel

  • More shocks means less work on each one

  • More spring rate control

  • Handles higher unsprung weight of bigger tires and wheels .

Uses stock steering

  • Uses Stock Pitman Arm

  • Stock tie rods in the stock location

  • Uses factory power steering

  • Better steering geometry by design !

  • Unheard of with conventional lifts

  • Traction Beams pivot from stock location !

  • Housings are modified (cut and turned) on an exchange basis for the 4" lift.

  • Better steering geometry , handling, more ground clearance by design

  • Optional skid plate for differential beam (painted red). Made from 3/16 steel, they fit perfect and double the protection !

  • Price: $2950 for the basic fabricated hardware, coils and shocks additional, exchange for stock traction beams.

  • Additional options available:

  • Coil Spring Adjusters $250 allow for fine tuning the ride height and adjustments after coil settles. Great feature to maintain proper camber alignment.

  • Reinforced traction beams $250.  1/4" steel plate gussets welded in weak areas of beam housings.

  • Compression Inserts for the coil springs. $130
